Upon graduating from UC Berkeley, Billy spent two years on the Professional Tennis Tour before deciding that Financial Services was where he wanted to develop his career. He joined Central Valley Strategic Wealth Management in 2021.
Billy is currently a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), and holds the following designation:
- AIF® – Accredited Investment Fiduciary
- Fi360, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania

In his spare time, Billy likes to spend time with family, play golf, and travel.
